We’re looking for a Partnership & Events Manager to lead relationship-building with corporate partners, secure sponsorships, and help execute community-driven events. You’ll be a key part of our mission to build Vietnam’s most valuable young professional network.
What You’ll Do
Partnership Development (60%)
- Identify and pitch partnership opportunities with local and regional businesses
- Secure member perks and event sponsors aligned with the SYP audience
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships and agreements
- Coordinate delivery of partner benefits (e.g. spotlight features, activations, logo placements)
- Work with our marketing team on outreach and visibility for partners
- Track engagement, results, and ROI reporting
Event Planning & Execution (40%)
- Plan and execute monthly events (networking nights, panels, workshops)
- Source and manage venues, vendors, and speakers
- Ensure a smooth attendee and sponsor experience
- Track post-event feedback, attendance, and success metrics
- Support with event promotions and recaps
